Police attacker ordered to pay 1300 by court
A MAN who attacked a police officer has been ordered to pay more than £1,300.
Jamie Angus, aged 30, had denied committing the offence on April 11 and only changed his plea to guilty on the day his trial was due to take place at Bolton Magistrates’ Court.
Angus, of Hazel Avenue, Little Hulton, was fined £875 plus £400 towards prosecution costs and an £88 victim surcharge.
