Everyone fined by courts in the last fortnight for speeding on St Peters Way

ONE of the major routes into Bolton, the A666 at St Peter's Way, is limited to 50mph by a local traffic order.

The dual carriageway is monitored by several speed cameras.

Here is a list of everyone fined by Manchester Mangistrates' Court in the last fortnight for speeding on the road.

Roland Sigmund

Roland Sigmund, aged 50, of Hilden Street, Bolton, drove a Mercedes Southbound between Bradford Street and Railkes Lane at 66mph on February 27.

The case against him was proved and he was fined £440 plus £90 towards prosecution costs and a £44 victim surcharge. Four points were added to his licence.

Sabina Gani

Sabina Gani, aged 43, of Baythorpe Street, Bolton, drove a Toyota Northbound between Church Road and Bradford Street on February 27 at 57mph.

She pleaded guilty and was fined £40 plus £26 towards prosecution costs while three points were added to her licence.

Samia Ibrahim

Samia Ibrahim, aged 35, of Chorley Old Road, Bolton, drove a Nissan Southbound between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane on February 28 at 58mph.

She pleaded guilty and was fined £61plus £90 in prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge.  Three points were added to her licence.

Dusan Bartos

Dusan Bartos, aged 23, of Emmanuel Close, Bolton, drove a Peugeot Southbound between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane on February 22 at 57mph.

The case against him was proved and he was fined £220 plus £90 towards prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge. Three points were added to his licence.

Richard Nagy

Richard Nagy, aged 30, of Highwood Close, Bolton, drove a Mazda Southbound between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane at 57mph on February 27.

The case against him was proved and he was fined £220 plus £90 towards prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge. Three points were added to his licence.

Keith Harrop

Keith Harrop, aged 56, of Wilkinson Road, Bolton, drove a Volvo Southbound between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane at a speed exceeding 50mph on February 27.

Laura Bennett, aged 28, of Hall Lane, Simonswood, Liverpool, drove a BMW Southbound between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane on February 22 at 63mph.

The case against her was proved and she was fined £220 plus £90 towards prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge. Three points were added to her licence.

Joseph Gaunt

Joseph Gaunt, aged 23, of Edenfield Road, Rochdale, drove a Peugeot Southbound between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane on February 27 at 59mph.
